Organization:
-16x 24yard field
- divided into 4 6x16yard grids
- 2 players per channel
- 1 ball per channel
Instructions:
- 1v1 in your channel
- score by shooting below knee hight inbetween opponents cones

Ladder system: winner moves up - looser moves down (most left channel = Premier League, most right channel = Austrian Bundesliga (farmers league))
Coaching Points/Questions:
- try to shoot early
- look for open gaps/shooting lanes
- choose technique based on defenders position

Regressions/Progressions:
P/R: create two more zones (2 yards of midline on each side) and give different amount of points depending on distance:
closest to opponent = 1 point
before halfway line = 2 points
furthest away from opponent = 3 points

- 1 point for scoring in goal from final third
- 3 points for scoring from middle third
- 5 points for scoring from defensive third

- let them rotate positions every 5 minutes, every player should play every position once.
- 2 halves a 10 minutes
Instructions:
- regular 4v4 game, no goal tending
- no sliding
- kick ins instead of throw ins

- praise great actions
- if severe mistakes happen, pull player aside and ask what he/she could have done differently
Q: When is it a good moment to pass? When to dribble?
At the end of game, gather everybody and praise each player for something she/he has done well this session. Remind them we are one team and we are all working together
