SETUP:

Dribbling Game 


5-6 teams of 3 

Each team with color

Each player with a ball


DEVELOPMENT:

All players dribble around area. When coach calls a color, (eg RED) they become defenders and must win ball to score in any of the goals.

  • 30 secs play
  • 1 pt x goal(
  • 2 pts if you win ball from the same color team (only blues)
PROGRESSION:
  • Make one strong team = 5 pts if you win the ball from any of those players.
