Set up.
In 4, to servers and two players. The players receive a floated ball which they must control and pass back to the server, then run forward and switch sides.
Progression - change 1st touch.
Coaching points
- Cushion the 1st touch, don't let it hit a brick wall. - Be light-footed and prepare to receive. - Eyes on the ball

Set up
1v1 - the first pass is lofted in from one end zone to the other, the first touch must be from the air. Must keep the ball in the EZ with max 3 touches. Each player starts with 5 points... losing player does 5 exercises.
Progression - change the first touch i.e must be with laces.
