Set Up: Large goal with a mannequin & 4 slalom cones in front, to the side 4 hurdles with a sprint gate.

Player starts by moving through slalom cones, receives a pass from coach, 1st touch past mannequin for finish at goal. Player will then move to side and over hurdles, sprint through gate back to start & repeat.

Progressions: Different types of movements through areas, receive pass from different angles.

At mannequin receive 2 passes from coach for finish with movements.
