4v4 (3 minute games) (3 teams; 2 play and 1 rests)
- Attacking team looks to score in small goals = 1 pt.
- When ball is lost (transition) team defending looks to get compact to press or drop
- Defense looks to press in other teams half or drop into own half
Defensive Ques:
- Attacker has space to attack or play long ball = Drop
- Defense has pressure on the ball = Press
Progression:
- defenders get a point for winning the ball when pressing
Coaching Points: When to press or drop, defensive compactness, defensive patience (no stabbing), pressure, cover, balance, communication

- Teams attack one goal and defend the other
- Attacking team scores in goal = 1 pt.
- Defensive team scores by

- Dynamic stretching and light jogging
3v3 games (4 teams with 2 games occuring at the same time) 2 minute games
- Teams attack to a small goal and defend the other goal
- If attacking team can score while other team is all in opposite half = 10 pts. (see diagram)
