Simple passes, keep proper body shape, first touch to space, try and play max 2 touch
Rotate defenders every 2 minutes. Grid should be 10x10 can make 15x15 if struggle to maintain possession. 10 passes defenders do 5 push ups

Balls start in back directional possession. Goal is to find target 9 keeps possesion and Red needs to work back to 3,4,5,2 to start again. Blue wins back they get to have opportunity to shoot on empty net. Soon as ball goes out of play another one comes in.
Progression 1: Must be played through midfield and switched prior to scoring.
Progression 2: Midfield must combine with wingers prior to scoring
Progression 3: Elimenate cones add goalie - Can switch the 10 to blue team.

Smaller goals, movement off the ball to maintain possession. Peel off and open up to field to receive the ball. Quick decisions. Getting wide in possession. reward communication and movement.
