1, pass goes left, passer moves right.
Player opposite receiver presses, using correct defending technique.
2, Receiver now plays ball left again, and moves right, player opposite again presses, continue circuit.
Progression
Passes not always in same direction - can defender use angle of approach and body shape to dictate play one way.
If over covering, allow straight pass, forfeit if straight pass played against you

Defending technique
Close down quickly, slow down (short steps), Side on (cut off one passing option, force pass one way/ easier to turn), Sit down (body position, to push off/turn quickly)
Triggers to press,
read defender body shape, to recognise you are next to press and get there quicker. - Must be concentrating!
Angle of approach, to cut off passing option, (don't over cover one way and leave straight pass on)

3. player who pressed passes to begin the sequence again.
Progression
1.passes to left, player opposite presses,
2. now 1 v 1, can he get past him to other side, (further progression, beating him, or passing across(angle of approach to block line))
3. Player at front of line passes ball to begin the sequence again.

being an appropriate distance - close enough to influence ball, not too close to be beaten behind
pivoting on back foot

Adapt size to fit age group (30 x 30 11 a side),

Organisation
1 v 1
1, Players must hit their opponent below the knee to score a point.
Only the first hit counts (eg if blue hits red, then red gets blue, blue gets the point) then take step back and start again.
2, 1 v 1 'Kabadi'
Players take it in turns to be the attacker, attacker must enter opposing half, tag opponent and return to own half without being tug back.
if successful, get a point.
