Passing Squares

Four squares - two red and two blue opposite each other each with the red or blue players respectivley within each square.

P1 - 3 players must ensure each player has a pass and receives the ball and plays into the corner player and out to another player - corner player plays out to the same colour player and two teams each with a ball must keep going around covering all four squares

P2 - same exercise, but now only if it is your same colour can you dribble in to release the player and switch places

P3 - one ball between the teams - one team starts and has to try and go diagonally between each square whilst the other team stops them, if they get possession they they go between their two colour squares. Players can still interchange and dribble in to release other players.
