Organization: 2 players on each cone.
4 cones in diamond shape.
Cone 1 to 3, 10m distance.
Cone 2 to 4, 7m distance.
Instructions: Player 1 will pass to player 2, player 2 will play back to player 1 and 1 will play to 3.
Player 3 will combine with 4, same as 1 with 2, and play back to player 1. We will start with max. 2 touches.

Progressions: Switch sides, and increase passing speed. 1 touch only.

Instructions: 3v3. Outside of cones, each team will have a player that is allowed to play the ball back to his teammates. Players outside of cones are allowed to make 2 toches. 2 goals or 5 minutes.

Instructions: Free play, 5 minutes or 2 goals
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Break opponent in the middle.
- Qucik transition to attacking.
- High pressure.
- Pressure, cover, balance.
- Don't let the opponent receive the ball.
- If the ball is received, do not give him space to turn and make a pass.

Instructions: Session will start with 8 players, 2 of them on each cone, passing and receiving. When receiving the ball step up to the cone, receive, look up and pass accuracy.
Players will follow their pass accelerating.
