Organization:
Groups of 4 set up as shown with 2 servers (one on each endline with a ball each) and 2 recieving players positioned centrally
Instructions:
Each server plays into their respective central players every time (Servers always pass to same player)
Rd1 - Receiveing player receives at cone in sideways body position, then plays ball back to same Server.
After return pass, receiving player makes a run to opposite side to receive next pass, bending their run so that they move away from the Server then back toward them as they approach the cone.
Progress to 1 touch
Rd 2 - Receiving player opens up with first touch then plays pass to Server on opposite endline.
Receiving player still receives each pass from the same Server. Makes Bending run as previous to receive next ball.
Rotate positions after 1-1.5 minutes. Each player should be central receiving player 4 times (2 for Rd1, and 2 for Rd2) Requires 8 rotations.
Make it a competition by counting the number of passes completed for each central player during the round.

Organization:
Groups of 6 set up as shown, with 2 neutral targets (one on each endline), 2v2 in central area
Instructions:
Teams in central area play 2v2 for 3 minute rounds
Team that begins as the attackers attempts to receive the ball off of the target players from one endline and play ball to opposite target player to score a point. If a point is scored, the attacking team retains possession and attempts to return the ball back to other target player to score again. Able to score as many points in a row as possible while maintaining possession.
The defending team looks to win possession of the ball and play to either target to establish possession. Once possession has been established, they are able to score by switching the ball to the opposite target player.
Rotate the team that plays as targets every 3-4 minutes

Organization:
2 Teams of 6, 5 field players and 1 Target forward for each team
Instructions:
Ball always starts with a Target who plays the ball out to the opposing team to attack toward the opposite goal.
Attacking team must play the ball into Target before scoring.
Target must play within 3 touches, can set the ball for a teammate to try to score on goal or turn and score themselves (can only use 2 touches to score as target player)
Rotate Target players after 3 minutes or x amount of goals

Option to play 4v4 in central area, with Targets and GKs in front of each goal

Dynamic Warm Up (15 mins)
Organization:
2 groups of 6 or 7 set up as shown, with each group split in to two lines facing each other approximately 12 to 15 yds away
Instructions:
players will either dribble across the area to give the ball to the next player in the other line, or pass across the area to the next player (each example is shown)
once the first player has played the ball to the next player in the opposite line (by dribbling or passing) he runs out to the 3 cones on the side of the area and side-shuffles to slalom through the cones,
once through the 3 cones the player will perform the dynamic movment (i.e. knees up, skips, etc.) to the next cone then get back in the nearest line
the next receiving player waits until the ball reaches him, then repeats in the opposite direction

quality of dribble, or touch and pass
quality of execution of dynamic movement
posture and balance when performing dynamic movement
