Warm-up (15 mins)

  • 3v3v3, middle/defending team send player into box with ball in it. Team with ball try and get it across the middle box to other attacking team. If defenders win the ball, the attacking team that lost it swaps in. 
  • Keep possession, aim is to get ball into diagonal boxes, player on box must drive out and be replaced.
