- Ball starts with the coach in the middle and can be played to either attacking group
- Players A try to split the defensive 4 (ground ball only) to earn a point by connecting to Players B. Players B same to Players A.
- If the defending players win the ball or stop the ball from getting through their line, they earn a point.

- Red starts with the ball with either with any of the players and try to score
- Blue needs to adjust and communicate
- Blue is encourage to have three player in the zone where the ball is
- If blue gets the ball, they try to score in one of the small goals

Warm-up - Zonal marking (25 mins)
- Groups are divided into defensive zone and midfield zone.
- Coach call one mannequin from each zone and player need to adjust according to the situation
- After a few times, coach says go and players have to sprint or dribble to the half line.
Progression: Coach only calls one mannequin and players from both the defensive line and midfield line need to adjust together to the situation
