Organization:

Instructions:
- Players make eye contact with pair across channel from them.
- Each dribble towards PUG goal and perform Ronaldo Chop.
- Players dribble through red gate and go to end of line.
- After given amount of time, change sides (start and end in blue gates).
Coaching Points:
- Entry - Size of touch approaching PUG
- Execution - Placement of hopping foot, Part of foot chopping with,
- Exit - Size and angle of touch, Head up

P: Maradona after chop to enter finish at opposite colored gate for experienced groups.

Instructions:
- Defender (white) passes to Attacker (red's) feet.
- Game is live on the pass.
- Attacker attempts to score in either the blue or the red gate for a point.
- Defender attempts to score by winning the ball and scoring in either gate from where the game started.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of first touch.
- Ability to increase defender's momentum (size of touch).
- Recognition to control size of touch and angle of touch as defender closes space.
- Execution and timing of Ronaldo Chop.
- Exit - Size of touch / Change of Pace

Organization:

Instructions:
- Players make eye contact and game begins on defender's first step (timing may have to be changed based on space / athletic ability of players).
- Attacker (Red) attempts to run through either the blue gate or the red gate for a point.
- Defender (White) attempts to tag the attacker before running through a gate for a point.
- Players switch roles on opposite side and play once each group has finished.
Coaching Points:
- Can attacker beat defender for pace (blue gate) and increase defender's momentum.
- If defender blocks attacker's run can they change direction to attack red gate.
- Can attacker change speed or angle of run in order to open up change of direction?
- Is a stop-start on if defender is antcipating a change of direction?
