In position 1, GK holding the mannequinn in the set position.
On the call of the coach GK turns out and move down the line of the ball to recieve a volley.
Position 2 the GK has to get round the mannequinn and close the striker down and the make the decision the block and dive.
This will be repeated onto the opposite side after a set of 4.
After both sides have been worked, the practice will be more random to create more of a realistic feel to the session. After the volley from the coach the coach will then call out either RED or YELLOW and the GK must close down a strike from whichever is call.
