FINISHING ADLARD TECHNICAL
One server and one working player. Shoot 4-10 balls
Player starts at first cone, sprints around second, server then plays ball on ground. Player shoots ball, repeat. Earn a point everytime you score in selected goal between the cone and post
Progression
Inside of the foot near post- one touch
Inside of the foot far post- one touch (across body)
Two touch- shoot with instep near post
Two touch - shoot with instep far post (across body)

FINISHING: BALL STRIKING
Rotate goalkeepers
1. Hit a stationary ball to goalkeeper (technique before power)
2. Take touch and strike to goalkeeper. Progress: Take touch and score on goalkeeper. Then other side shoots. 1st to three goals wins
3. Dribble and shoot on goalkeeper. If you score, goalkeeper chases and collects ball returning to side where shot came from. Player shooting the ball becomes the goalkeeper. Player on far side shoots on them

WARM UP: UNOPPOSED FINISHING
Players are working on their instep ball striking technique. Use both feet
Progression;
1. Hit a stationary ball thru the center cones to the partner on other side
2. Take a touch and hit a moving ball thru the center cones to the partner the other side
3.Dribble and hit a moving ball thru the center cones to the partner on the other side
4. Dribble and hit a ball attempting to play it over your partners line (must be below the waist)
Variation: toss a ball let it bounce then play it across (Advanced groups)

WARM UP: CHEKC AND PLAY IN THREES
CHECK AND PLAY IN THREES
Three players (two servers, one working), two balls.
Player in center checks to ball from one server, plays back and checks to other server - Repeat
Play for one minute then rotate
Progression:
Two touch
One touch
Receive ball across body with inside of foot and play back with the inside of the other foot
Receive ball with outside of foot and play back with the inside of the same foot
Toss balls in control with foot, thigh, chest, head play back
Toss balls in let bounce - volley back with inside of foot then progress to instep
Toss balls - volley back with inside of foot (in air) then progress to instep
Toss balls in Head back (U14 and above)
One ball between three
Start with ball in center. Pass to outside and follow pass
Check to ball from outside, Outside server plays ball in. Receiving player turns (inside/outside/dummy move) play the other side Repeat
