Divide into 3 teams
Teams will play games to 10 points
1. The teams will play possession and are rewarded each time they successfully get ball to an outside target.
2. They are rewarded a point if they successfully play both targets encouraging switching the field.
3. Add to goals and permit scoring after a pass is made and recieved with one outside target player. (Set a minimum pass of 3)
Emphasize movement off the ball, passing lanes, patience, and opening hips to see field.

1. Divide into 2 teams of 6 with 2 target players.
2. In order to score a goal the ball must go through at least one target player.
3. Add points if both target players touch the ball (goal is worth 3 points)
4. If numbers do not permit for targets, place two channels on the wings and make passing through the gate the requirement to score. (see yellow cones above)
Emphasize passing lanes, movement off the ball, opening hips to switch the point of attack, and the value of team shape.

P1 Unopposed Warm-Up (15 mins)
Two groupings A and B will work together.
1. Pass to number in order and follow pass, number three will shoot on goal.
2. Numbers One and Two will combine in a 1,2 and number one sends through ball to three who will shoot on goal.
3. Numbers one and two wlll combine for a 1,2 followed by two and three (2 combinations.) Three will end with a shot on goal.
