Screen 1

- Personally id start them in pairs with a ball and for them to volley ball from the hands into partners hands who catches it, the ball cant go over their partners heads so forces them to point the toes down.

- then id move onto half volleys so ball starts in their hands and they have to half volley the ball along the floor to their partner not looking at power just accuracy for the minute.

- then get them in front of a goal volley from their hands into the goal.

- half volley from hands into the goal (shown on video)

- then pass from the side where they have to shoot first time (shown on video)

- then under arm bouncing ball from the side, encourage volleys and half volleys so mix it up

- then play two teams each team either side of the goal posts pass the ball in first from the side they shoot play first to ten goals or each have two shots each

- then do the under arm through make the other team throw the ball so it varies the difficulty because they will try to challenge them so they wont score.
