a) Players jog to first cone, and perfrom agility back to start line, next group performs the same activity
b) Then players perform agility to second cone, and then jog back, the next group performs same activity
c) The first group will then jog to the 3rd cone, and perform agility back, then the next group performs the same activity
d)Then, the first group will sprint to the 3rd cone and jog back. Lines 1 and 2 exit to the left, lines 3 and 4 exit to the right.
Progression starts over and continues with A, B, C, and D until players are full warmed up. Agility changes on coach's command.

At pole 1, the player performs lunges, there and back, 5 times
At pole 2, the player performs side shuffles, there and back, 8 times
At pole 3, the player jogs to the pole, and perfoms a combination of high knees and butt kicks, 5 times
At pole 4, the player backpedals to the pole, and then sprints back, 4 times
Players rotate positions, and perform next task.
Warm up complete when all players have gone through all 4 stations.

Players perform desired agility to pole, sprint to cone in far corner of grid, then jog back.
Players coming from the left, go to the right of their pole. Players coming from the line on the right side, go the right side of their pole. This keeps them from crossing paths.
Cool idea: When players meet in the middle, give a high five or fist bump and take off on sprint.

Players jog to cone, perform agility on the inside of the cones, and then turn and jog back on the outside of cones.
