Setup:
Midfield third divided into 10x15 zones for 1v1
Activity:
Attacking team is required to stay in their lane.
Defending team can move anywhere.
Not allowed to defend in attacking half (force players to get behind ball).
Can score in any of the 3 goals (forces cover to think about their goal)
Coaching Points:
+ Quickly recover behind ball
+ Delay to wait for cover/balance
+ Pressure - get on surfboard, pressure on front foot

Possibly add a neutral to help attacking team
Extra players do technical work around mannequin (pole) - passing/receiving behind standing foot
Activity:
Team in possession works to move ball from corner to corner.
Coaching Points:
+ Attacking team needs maximize width and depth
+ Pressure with correct shape - weight on front foot
+ Defenders need to be patient - make play predictable (backwards or sideways)
+ Pressure/cover/balance -- don't man mark, protect the space to the goal

Setup:
Half field
Groups of 5 players (3 forwards + 2 CM)
Activity:
5 attacking players work in unison to press based on where coach call's the ball is. For example, the above is "Left Back".
Players sprint from starting positions to where they would press.
Players do about 5 rotations and then rotate with next group of 5.
Coaching Points:
+ We are trying to force teams to play long by cutting off nearby passing options.
+ High intensity!

2 teams of 5 (extra players can be neutrals behind goals. Maybe goalies?)
40x50 (wider than long)
Field and scoring zones as shown
Activity:
Teams play 5v5 (3-2 formation). Attacking team must be in scoring zone to score, which benefits defenders to be patient and compact.
Progression:
+ Neutrals become CB for their team. Play through gates and then go to big goal.
+ No restrictions, just play
