Setup: In an area 75 x 50m place 4 small goals one end of the area with large goal at th othr end.
How To: Players are divide into two teams. One team playrs 3-3-1 while th other plays 3-2-2 wth a GK. The attacking team attempts to score in th 4 small goals while the other play on the counterattack towards the large goal.
The game starts with GK playing the ball ot of defence, with the intent to attempt to score in any of the small goals. The opponents are attempting to win possession quickly and counterattack with speed.
Game always start with the GK.
