Zonal Defending 8v4+2

Set up as above. Oranges must stay in their zones. Blues must stay in the middle zone.

Oranges try to move ball and play through to other oranges. Blues must zonally defend and deny penetration. All ballsmust be played on the ground. If blue wins the ball they try to quickly play to targets outside grid.

CP's: Pressure (who? how? when?); cover (who? how far?); balance (where?); communication; transition to attack and defend; manipulating attacking options; check your shoulders
