Transition Possession Game (15 min)
Set Up: Same teams as the last activity. Blues play against Whites, team in posession can pass to the outside yellows who are limited to two touch. 5 passes scores a goal transition from one end of the grid to the other using the yellow outside players also scores a goal. Play for 2 minute each team
Coachig points:
- Recieve ball on the half turn at an angle
- check your shoulder
- create a diamond as a team (width and Depth) when in posession, making the pitch as wide as it can go.

3 Grid Possession Game (15 min)
Set Up: 3 teams of 5, 1 team will be in possession of the ball. The ball to always start with the coach. If the white team have recieved the ball, on their first touch two yellow players are released. The white team have to make 5 passes then pass the ball across the grid to the blue team. If this is succesful on the blue teams first touch the yellows release a different pair of players to win the ball off the blue team. If the yellows win the ball back they take the blues place and the blues become the middle group. When 5 succesful passes are made the ball must not be intercepted by the 3 yellows left in the middle grid.
Progression: After 5 succesful passes are made the middle group can intercept the pass inside the middle box, if unsuccesful middle group must remain in the middle box until the first touch of the outside recievers.
Coaching Points: Move the ball quickly, offer angels of support, connect passes
