SAQ Arrow (15 mins)
Organisation
Two teams line up behind the cone at points A and B.
Each time works one half of the arrow.
One player from each team races against each other.
Players sprint around the outside of each cone before sprinting back to your team.
Coaching Points
Players must adopt good sprinting technique:
* use arms to drive each sprint forwards
* quick feet to slow down when turning around cones
Progression
Same drill but in a team relay. Players must tag the next person before starting their lap.
