DRILL
Players are numbered 1-4, 1-5 or 1-6 ( depending on numbers)
players in Orange grid shoot with left, players in Red grid shoot with right
Players dribble around in the box and when coach calls out a number players quickly
come outside the grid and have a shot.
Once they shoot they then switch grids.
