1000 Touches
Each player has a ball. Stationary or whilst moving they perform a series of different exercises when instructed by the coach:
1. Passes between hands.
2. Ball Round the waist (Both directions).
3. Figure of eight along the ground (Both directions).
4. Figure of eight in the air (Both directions).
5. Bounce catch.
6. Catch with no bounce.

SAQ Drills
Red cone: Side steps arounf the cone. (Stay Chest forward all the time. Short Sharp steps).
Blue cone: Two feet in each space. (Quiet working arms. Focus on technique, not speed).
Yellow cone: Two footed jumps over hurdles, sprint between. (Shout keepers at jumps).
White cone: Sprint to pole, side step to hurdle and two footed side jump over.

DRILL
Players set ball next to cone, measure run and take the goal kick. Kicking in to the net allows keepers more practice kicks as they do not have to go looking for their football.

DRILL
The player must set the ball in middle of the 6 yard box. From there they set their run up and take the kick. Kicker must try and aim for wide areas.

DRILL
Players must shoot from the edge of the box or take on the goalkeeper. The goalkeeper must remain in starting position until ball is kicked. He cannot come out until ball is touched forward from the line.
Variation 1: Go in goals after shot.
Variation 2: Go in goals ONLY after scoring.

The ball must be kept away from the player in the middle. If ball is intercepted, ball goes back to one of the outside players. First pass is always free.
