Set Up
The red team play across the square. The Blue team play up and down the pitch. The objective is for the ball to be switched across the square into the opposite target player.
Progression
- When the target player receives possession he can enter the pitch to create an overload, another player must replace him as the target player.

Set Up
Blue players shift the ball past the mannequin and strikes the ball using the laces to the red player.
Red player attempts to get through either gate. Once through the gate the red player must strike the ball with his first touch at the earliest opportunity.
The next blue player will pass as soon as there is a gap.

Learning Objectives
Shooting Drill.
Improve finishing with one touch.
Lines of feeders behind the goal line. Ball fed diagonally to shooting line. Ball fed on the floor at a speed to allow the shooter to strike the ball first time. Shooters encouraged to move towards the ball where possible.
Coaching points.
Placement v power.
Keep weight going forward in order to keep the shot down.
Follow up shot for rebound.
Make adjustments for poor feeds.
Progressions:
Lofted feed in order to strike on volley
Lofted feeds in order to head to goal.
Driven pass, shoot in two touches.

Learning Objectives
1. IP: When GK has ball, 2CB's spilt wide, 3MF's and CF go as high and wide as possible.
2. OP: Nearest player must press the ball.
Individual Roles & Responsibilities
No.1: Always been available to support the ball, control ball with back foot to switch play.
No.5: Split when GK gets ball, support No.4/No.8 in possession of the ball.
No.6: Split when GK gets ball, support No.4/No.10 in possession of the ball.
No.4: Always be available to receive the ball support from behind.
No.8: Available to receive the ball from No.5/No.4 and support No.9.
No.10: Available to receive the ball from No.6/No.4 and support No.9.
No.9: Stay ahead of the ball, support No.4/No.8/No.10 when in possession of the ball.
