Add one of the outside players as a common player for both teams.
This will create an overload.
Common players do not sprint, they stay in their own square.

If players are cheating and are staying on the line nearest the other square waiting for the whistle...then split the squares into two Zones as shown in the right hand square (Zone 1 and Zone 2).
Once a player has made a pass in Zone 1, they have to move into Zone 2, and vice versa.
If they dont move zones, their team loses possession of the ball.

Basic (5 mins)
Team A and Team B play 3 vs 3 in square 1
The Teams (C + D) on the outside are only ball boys to start - they get play going again when a ball is kicked out of the square
When the coach blows a whistle, Teams A and B sprint to the other square where there will be a ball waiting
The first player into the square gets possession for their team.
Swap teams fairly regularly because of high workload.
