Start with the opposing GK at all times
When we have the ball, we have 10 seconds to score
If opposition can play through central part of pitch and score it's worth 3 goals
If we can win it back in their half of the pitch and score it's worth 5 goals
Progressions
Opposition play direct - missing out 1st line

Phase of Play - Defending (high press)
Organisation
Start with an open game (always starts with GK)
Attacking team score in small goals
Defending team score normally
Attacking team have 6 passes to score once regained possession (allows lots of opportunities to press high when opposition have the ball)
Quick transition between attack and defence when winning the ball high up the pitch
Key coaching points
9 starting position (show one way - block off switch pass)
Pressure on ball - always showing outside - make it predictable
Body shape, angle of closing down
One of MF may press CB on ball - MF shift across leaving opposite MF their only option
Ball down one side, other side tuck in - 7/11 become LW or RW in a 4
9 sets the tempo of the press - if he sprints and goes after a CB - everyone lock on and go together
