Progression 1 Passing (3 minutes)
With a distance of 10 yards perform different passing variations using all parts of both feet with different touch restrictions.
Key Points
* make sure players are on their toes and have some type of movement after their pass
* take note of their technique of their pass
* take note of first touch
* take note of the pace and accuracy of passes

Progression 2 passing / recieving / turns (3 minutes)
Extend distance to 20 yards.
Have players work on various passes...
Have players check to ball and work on various turns, moves and change of direction.

Possession (9 minutes)
After Passing you immediately move to possession. Add more neutral players to promote success.
Notice the field player (preferably a forward) warming up the GK.
In between possession stop it once or twice to have players stretch and make coaching points. Have balls ready to do partnered heading immediately following possession.
Partnered Heading (2 minutes)
* 1 ball between 2 players
* 10 throws total each player
- 5 without jumping
- 5 aerial

Shooting phase 1 (3 minutes)
Player A passes to player B who turns and shoots.
After shot player C passes to Player D who turns and shoots.
After you pass you follow your pass and go to the shooters line.

Shooting Phase 2 (3 minutes)
Player B passes to player A who recieves and accelerates past coach for a shot.
Player B follows pass to line A while Player A retrieves ball and goes to back of line B.
Key Points
* Player A must recieve ball accoss body to face defender(coach) up
* timing of move and acceleration
* getting the shot of quickly after the acceleration and being as balanced as possible

Phase 3 - Crossing and Finishing (3 minutes)
Players A plays player B.
Player B controls ball and crosses.
Players A and C make timed runs and finish.

When your team first arrives to the fields if there is not another game going on encourage your players to walk the field. This is to recognize and take a mental note of good and bad areas of the field.
40 minutes until kick-off...
Perform your Dynamic Warm-up and stretch (9 minutes)
You may have to perform Dynamic Warm-up and stretch off of the field depending on how much warm up time you have.
Have your players arrive well before 40 minutes and once this time hits get your team going!
