Multi level warm up game suitable for all abilities
must go from one cones to the next as fast as possible, if another player there, then go to the next one
P1 - same colour, go to nearest or furthest one?, P2 - different colour cone, so you must know what colour your standing on, P3 - multiples 2 or 3 of same or different, change pace, speed, drop your shoulder to drive, P4 - 10 in a row all different colours, shout loudly all 10, P5 - can you go in different directions - forwards, backwards, sideways - any others - hops or jumps, skips? P6 - different directions and speeds
End game - dont be the last one, 4 different, 2 the same etc etc. Last man standing!
