Instructions: One player has the ball in his hands and tosses in the air to the other player who is working. Return the ball back to the throwers hands.
5.) 5 reps each foot.
a.) Inside of the foot b.) Thigh, Inside of the foot c.) Chest, Inside of the foot d.) Headers
6.) Without the ball, players play a tag game where one player is attacking and the other defending. The attacker tries to touch either side cone with his foot before the defender gets there. If the defender's foot is at/next to the cone, then the attacker can't score there. Focus on sharp movement/deception/change of direction. Rotate after 1 minute.
7.) Same game as before but now with a ball. Attacker must touch the ball to the cone. The ball must remain under control and attached to the foot (not a pass/shot). Rotate after 1 minute.
8.) After players have completed circuit, they then play soccer tennis, drawing an imaginery line/net in between the two cones. a.) Initially players are working together to see how many times they can knock the ball back and forth allowing only one bounce. Remember your score. b.) Play a game where the ball is allowed to bounce once. If it bounces twice on your side, the opponent gains a point. Focus on controlled touches, using both feet and all surfaces.
