Screen 1 (10 mins)

Objective(s):

1. Warm-up

2. Improve the accuracy of a short pass when the receiver is not in motion

3. Improve ball control when receiving a short pass (while not in motion)

4. Improve fitness

Technique(s):

1. Push Passing (use the inside of the foot)

2. Receiving the ball with the sole of the foot

3. Make a short fast sprint (RUNNING not walking) while switching positions

Exercise(s):

Player 1 passes the ball (with the inside of his foot) to player 2 (and makes a run to switch positions)

Player 2 is to use the sole of his foot to completely stop the ball and passes the ball back to player 1 (and makes a run to switch positions)

Repeat exercise for 10 minutes

2. Improving meeting the ball half-way and first touch pass (while in motion)

3. Improve skills to control the ball when receiving a pass (while not in motion)

4. Improve fitness

Technique(s):

1. Push Passing (use the inside of the foot)

2. First touch pass

3. Stoping the ball with the sole of the foot

4. Make a short fast sprint (RUNNING not walking) while switching positions

Exercise(s):

Player 1 passes the ball (with the inside of his foot) to player 2 (goas back behind the line to wait for another turn)

Player 2 is to make a run to meet the ball half-way and pass the ball back to player 1 (first touch pass ) goes back behind the line to wait for another turn

Player 1 receives the ball (completely stops the ball) makes a pass to player 2 and goes behind the line to wait for another turn.

Repeat exercise for 10 minutes, switch player from 1 to 2 and repeat exercise for 10 minuets

1. Improve ball contral while driviling (run with the ball on your foot)

2. Improve passing the ball while runing with the ball (hit your target while in motion)

3. Improve skills to control the ball when receiving a pass (while not in motion)

4. Improve fitness

Technique(s):

1. Driviling the ball (with the left and riht foot)

2. Passing the ball while running with the ball (inside or out side the foot or with shoe laces)

3. Stoping the ball by using any part of the boddy but fully controling the ball

4. Make a short fast sprint (RUNNING not walking) to get behind the line to wait for another turn

Exercise(s):

Player 1 drivles the ball (with the left and/or right foot) and passes the ball to player 2 (half-way the distance between players 1 and 2)

Player 2 receives the ball and contolls the ball (using any part of the boddy) and dribles the ball (with the right and/or left foot) and passes the ball back to player 1 (half way the distance between players 1 and 2) then make a run to get behind the line to wait for another turn

Repeat exercise for 10 minutes

Player 2 is to use the sole of his foot to completely stop the ball and passes the ball to player 3 (and makes a run behind the ball to switch positions)

Player 3 is to use the sole of his foot to completely stop the ball and passes the ball to player 4(and makes a run behind the ball to switch positions)

Player 4 is to use the sole of his foot to completely stop the ball and passes the ball to player 5 (and makes a run behind the ball to switch positions)

Player 5 is to use the sole of his foot to completely stop the ball and passes the ball to player 1 (and makes a run behind the ball to switch positions)

Add 1, 2, and 3 balls to make the cycle faster (as needed)

Repeat exercise for 20 minutes
