Organization:
18 space markers, 4 cones, balls. 45x25 meters. 12-15 players. Cones spaced 10 meters apart.
Instructions:
Players start at first flag sprint to 1st cone 1 touch pass back to blue player. After the pass player turns left to sprint backwards then forwards to next pass. Once the player gets to the end of circuit, he sprints around 4 corners of flag back to beginning. When team goes through twice, teams switch places.
Coaching Points:
Sharp Passes. High Intensity.
Progressions:
Players can jog back then sprint forward. If players catches up to player in front that player has to do extra.

Organization:
30x10 meters. 3-4 players per line.
Instructions:
Players get in lines of 3 or 4 depending on numbers. First player dribbles to first cone back, 2nd cone back, once he reaches third cone he has a shot on goal. Next line goes once player before hits 2nd cone. 5 min series.
Coaching Points:
Sharp turns. Dribbling at full speed. Clean strikes on goal

Ball Mastery (15 mins)
Organization: 3 lines 15 cones cones set 5yds apart, 4-6 players per line.
Instructions:
Circuit training for Ball Mastery. 3 Lines rotating after every 3 mins. 1st line: Players dribble at high speed first cone and back, 2nd cone and back, using different turns. When the players gets back after the 2nd cone he immediately lays it off for the next runner.
2nd line: Each player at their own cone working on fast feet drills the coach yells out. Foundations, Toe Taps, Triangles, etc...
3rd line: Players working on sharp turns using both feet inside and outside cuts. As soon as player hits the 3rd cone, next one can go.
Coaching Points:
Changing direction at high speed. Keeping high intensity throughout circuit.

Add in different turns, fast feet drills
