Three Colour Team Passing & Movement
Three teams play keep ball in the area, one or two touches, with the same colour shirts, make area smaller or larger as needed. Short passing, speed and fast feet drill, ensuring they keep their heads up as much as possible!
P1 - must ensure that every second ball is switched between the grids, over the lines or flat marker area
P2 - each time pass must go into a different grid and different
P3 - must pass to a different colour
P4 - must go in order blue, green, red
P5 - only two balls, team without a ball must get one ans then play keep ball with own team again
