-Players should lie on their front (head to the start line) and hands by their shoulders.
-On the 'Go' command the stopwatch is started, and the player gets up as quickly as possible and
runs around the course in the direction indicated, without knocking the cones over, to the finish line,
at which the timing is stopped.

6-18-60 Fitness
-Player starts on endline and sprints to 6yd box line, then back to tne endline
-Then, player sprints to the 18yd box line, then back to the endline
-Then, player sprints to the half line (60yds), then back to the endline
-Players must complete shuttle in :35 seconds, and have a :25 second standing rest
-Players repeat shuttle 10 times, taking 10 minutes to complete

Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test (15 mins)
The Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test
- Players starts on or behind the middle line, and begins running 22yds when instructed by the cd
- Players turns and returns to the starting point when signaled by the recorded beep.
- There is a active recovery period (10 seconds) interjected between every 20 meter (out and back) shuttle, during which the player must walk or jog around the other cone and return to the starting point.
-A warning is given when the player does not complete a successful out and back shuttle in the allocated time
-The player is removed the next time they do not complete a successful shuttle.
- The test will begin at level 1.
