player b is trying to stop the ball hitting the denfender which is the orange cone his starting point is the red marker once player a pass the ball that when player b start to run

step 2

player b must step infront of the cone to intecpeted the ball

and pass it back to player a this can be 1 or 2 touches

once he has made the pass player b will run back to his marker and the drill will start again

5 goes and swap roles
