Description
4 Goal Game 5v5
Players spilt into 2 x 5-a-side teams and asked pick their own formation and tactics each player given a 'secret mission' to try and do during the game ie a certain turn or skill
Coaching points to re-enforce
1) make space, don't clog up the goals
2) use skills to beat players
3) communicate so that team mates know when they are under pressure
4) pass when a team-mate is in a better position
5) look to switch the play when a team-mate is free in front of goal
If this is too easy - introduce a second ball in to the game!
