Organization:
12 x 20 (Players as shown)
Instructions:
- Defender (blue) passes / serves to attacking (white).
- Attacker scores by passing into goals or dribbling through gates
- Defender scores by stealing ball and scoring
- Players switch lines
- First player to 10 wins, switch fields.
Coaching Points:
1. Controlled approach driving at defender's front foot.
2. Timing / Exaggeration of move - just outside tackling radius / shoulder, knee, eyes
3. Body shape - low centre of gravity
4. Eyes up, identication of space, change of speed, angle of next touch to set up for next movement.

Organization:
- 30/40 x 20 yard area with two 4 yard wide end zones is organized as shown in the diagram above.
Instructions:
Play regular scrimmage. Instead of having goals have two end zones set up. Players score by dribbling into end zones. (Adjust size of area to number of players). Play is continuous for the designated period of time.
Coaching Points:
- Head up.
- Close Control.
- Encourage moves.
- Decide when to dribble at speed or when to slow down.
Progressions:
Add a neutral player to create numbers up and more success.

Running Technique (15 mins)
Organization:
- Place 5 cones in a straight line, with a 2/3 foot space between each cone.
- Acceleration gate 5 yards at the end.
- Goal at end for progression.
Instructions:
- Players to focus on their running technique as they work through cones, before accelerating as fast as they can through the end gate. Next player in line goes once first is finished.
- At first encourage them to run with proper technique, then turn it into race or competitions.
Coaching Points:
- Feet: Heels up, Toes down.
- Knees: Knees raised in front, foot below knee.
- Chest/ Back: Upward. Lean upper body forward to gain speed.
- Arms: Rotate from Shoulders (Be a Runner, not a Drummer)
- Hands: Hip to Lip.
(ALL BODY MOVEMENTS SHOULD BE IN FORWARD AND BACK DIRECTIONS)
