Angle Demo (20 mins)

The 4x4 meter box is the area in which the goalkeeper spends most of her time when shotstopping

we look to create a line from the middle of that box to the ball for shots in this area

for shots on the sides we look to the triangle that is created from the pole to the top cone on each side.

In section 1 we stay in our box

in sections 2 and three we look to move along the top of that triangle
