Set up - set up a shooting zone and split your players into two teams. split the field in half as shown. Have one set of players start on the centre line and the others start on the other side of the field 15 yards from the goal.
The Game - The red players pass the ball across to the blue and the blue player and the blue player attacks the goal being defended by the red player.
