This activity has a wall of players around a large grid. There are 3 goals to score in. 2 small gates, where a goal can be scored in any direction, and a triangle in the middle with a keeper inside of it. Passes through that goal to a member of the same team are worth two point. Gate goals are worth only 1.
It's 4v4+1+the wall. Possession should be the focus when not scoring. When a chance presents itself to score, players should score quick and score consecutive times. The game never ends, until the coach stops it. Once it's done, 8 more players from the wall come in and play and the players who were just in middle now become the wall.

30 passes (20 mins)
This activity has a wall around the grid as well. It's 3v3+1+the wall. The players are looking to complete 30 passes before the other team does. It does not have to be 30 consecutive passes. If you complete 5 and lose possession, when you win it back and make your next pass, your counter will start at 6. 1st team to 30 wins.
For the wall to be involved, a pass must go to a wall player and then back to the team that played to the wall. That will count as just 1 pass. If the wall needs to pass to another wall member, and then get the ball into the team that played it out ot them, it still only counts as 1 pass for that team. The wall must make sure the ball stays in the middle and they are supporting the team with the ball.
