Mid Field Throw In
The key to the throw in is the movement of the Mid Field players - can they switch with each other to create space? Can the RMF move into space to receive the ball. Other players, by and large will take up their positions utilising any near space, whilst keeping their shape.

CMF to play down the line - providing an outlet to feet or a flick on to LMF. If options are limited, switch with LMF.
LMF to play behind CMF - if options are limited - switch with CMF..
RMF - make a move to provide an outlet to feet or switch with CMF.
