Description
Pitch set up as shown. 2xballs going at the same time.
Defenders are the players in the defensive 3rd they look to play into the two midfield players who look to combine and play into the next set of defenders then the process starts again.
The two players on the line are screeners who can only move up and down the line to stop the forward pass into the midfield players.
The defenders can use the goal keeper to help keep possession until they get the trigger from the midfielders to play forward.

Combination Warm up
Description
Players are split into groups of four, two players inside the area two on the outside opposite each other.
Players pass the ball into the middle where the two players combine and play to the next outside player. Players can rotate roles when ever they wish.
