Essence:
FH receive, ball coming from right and left
Structure:
Two players move towards goal playing the ball between the cones to each other. The ball is passed fh whilst moving forwards. Whoever comes out at the circle first takes a shot at goal. Players rotate positions.
Pointers:
The player to the left also receives the ball fh. This means that he does not receive the ball in front of his body but rather to the side. After receiving the ball, it is moved straight into the strong vision dribble position.
Variations:
Place cones closer together.
+ B receives the ball bh.
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Hockey images.
Essence:
Closed receive
Structure:
Player A plays Player B direct when it is offered in the pass line (he gets to the ball). The starting line of player B is double, ie, the first width during operation (in-out) or depth course action is deceptive
Pointers:
When in contact with the ball, the ball is perpendicular to the direction of change in the opposite direction from the position of the supporter.
Variations:
- Some run-line, front to the ball or the attacker first to take the ball and then play the game in the square.
+ The defender gives the possibility to intercept during the 1st pass (= interception) the ball.
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Hockey images.
Essence:
Receive diagonal balls
Structure:
This is a basic skill (for example required in defending the interception = intercept the pass). A plays the ball after a short dribble, to B. Player B takes the ball, dribbles and passes to C etc
Pointers:
When receiving, in the course, it is important that both hands are kept. Far away from the body .
The blade of the stick should be placed on the pass line
At the time of receving the ball is located slightly to the right of the right foot (the initial position when driving).
Variations:
- Reduce the velocity of the played ball (push instead of beating), as well as the running of the receiver, the distance between the players shrink.
+ The speed of catching larger (explosive) and / or the balls played harder
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Hockey images.
Structure:
Player A passes to player B. As player B is receiving the ball, player C makes a lead towards the line, get feet around and receives the ball on his FH. Player C then dribbles towards the baseline, into the circle and makes a pass to player D who in turn has made a lead out wide before changing direction and coming towards the ball. Player D receives and takes a shot.
Pointers:
Move feet to ensure always receiving and passing on the FH.
Timing of the lead
Dynamic movements - change of pass, quick change of direction.
