Progression
On both sides of the main big square players start of as before positioned at 5 cones.
In the Middle Square Players are positioned at 3 cones as shown in screen 2 diagram.
In the main square both sides start at the same time (2 balls in play) from positions 1 and the ball is passed numerically, but number 7's pass the ball to opposite number 1's. As shown in diagram.
Players are to now follow their pass.
Players who start and enter the middle square must now have, awarness and movement to; receive, pass and follow their pass to the next cone.
Coaching Points:
1) Players should move to meet the ball to increase the speed of play.
2) Open body shape - half turned and recieve / pass on the back foot.
3) Encourage Player to receive the ball with an open body to see the whole game environment.
4) Runs need to be timed well when creating space in the middle square and should be done at pace.
5) Make sure players communicate with each other and head up.
6) Correct weight and direction on pass.
7) Take a touch and get the ball out of the feet early, however, encourage one touch tempo passing.

Preparation for APH:
Description:
Pitch split into 8 even squares 11 v 11.
Red team playing a 3-4-2-1, centre of the 3 defenders can play in zone 2 & 3. Wingers can play through all zones. 2 in the hole can play between zones 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8. Centre forward zone 7& 8.
Blue team playing 3-5-2, 3 at the back must keep 2 players in zone 7. Wingers can go in all zones but only with width. 3 in central midfield must keep a 1 player in either zones 3 or 4 at all times. Centre forwards must stay in a zone each.
Main objective is for the reds to gain possession and go forward with the ball and get a shot at goal.
Coaching Points Wheh in Possession:
1) Players should move to meet the ball to increase the speed of play.

Progression:
Limited touches in zones for both sides or just one or alternate.
Time limit for reds to get a shot off once they are in possession, e.g. 10 seconds.
Open play without any restrictions.
